Fellow data dorks this is pretty easy aggregated data. A list date is matched to a specific day of the week and that line is added to the row of all sales in the last rolling 365 days. Three data points were considered in the research as follows: Close Date (CD), Close Price (CP), List Price (LP).
The deviation between LP vs CP and an average was calculated and compared to the day of the week, which was plotted on a bar graph as the day of the week residing on the X axis and differentiation of LP vs CP charted on Y axis of Graph 1.
The number of days from List date to Close date was calculated with average calculated and then compared to the day of the week. The day of the week residing on the X axis and number of days on Y axis of Graph 2.
